In a continued effort to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, vendors, and community, Dansko’s offices and distribution center will remain closed through at least Sunday, April 5th. We expect to resume distribution center operations on a limited basis beginning Monday, April 6th, and will provide an additional update prior to April 3rd. You may still place an order, but your shipment will be delayed.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase you made on this website you may return the purchase in its original unworn, resalable condition and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
For returns, you are responsible for shipping back to Dansko and any shipping fees incurred. We recommend shipping via UPS or FedEx and retaining your tracking number.
For exchanges, a prepaid FedEx label will be emailed. Dansko does not reimburse any shipping charges associated with the original sale. Your exchange order is placed once we complete your return. If there is a difference in cost from the item you are returning, and that difference is less than the initial item purchase price, Dansko will credit your original credit card used at time of purchase. If the difference in cost for your exchange item is greater than the initial item purchase price, Dansko will charge the difference to the credit card provided on your exchange form. You are responsible for the exchange shipping costs. Dansko will charge a flat rate $8.00 shipping fee to the credit card provided on your exchange form. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, Dansko will issue a credit to your credit card used for the initial item purchase.
To begin the return/exchange process, click on the link at the bottom of this paragraph and follow the prompts to obtain the required Dansko return authorization (RA) number. Alaska and Hawaii customers, please contact Customer Service for a return or exchange.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the mailing date of your return for receipt and processing at our distribution center. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 7 business days, after return processing, for the credit to be issued to your card.
